RETURNS
We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused condition with the tags intact within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be available for us to process a refund. Any items received in non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
If you have received a Moonori item as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state this clearly when returning.
If you wish to return an item. Please email help@moonori.com to request a return ID. Include order ID and explaining which item you would like to return.
